Responsibilities
• Conduct regular inspections and supervise underground patrol operations handled by the security agency
• Perform routine rounds within designated areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure that doors, windows, gates, and other access points are properly secured
• Inspect security systems, fire alarms, metal detectors, and other safety equipment to ensure they remain fully operational
• Identify potential safety hazards, defective security measures, or surveillance blind spots and report findings to management
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, accidents, and emergency situations
• Assist in conflict de-escalation and coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders when necessary
• Maintain accurate logbooks and prepare detailed incident and inspection reports
• Support the enforcement of company security policies, rules, and procedures
• Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions to improve site security

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Criminology, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in security operations, industrial security, or related fields
• Holder of a valid Security Officer License
• Strong observation, investigative, and report-writing skills
• Knowledge of security systems, emergency response procedures, and safety protocols
• Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies and critical incidents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in security operations, industrial security, or related fields
