2026 ASM
The 2026 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) of Benguet Corporation (the “Company”) is scheduled on November 11, 2026, Wednesday at 3:00pm. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the holding of virtual ASM with record date September 21, 2026 for stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at this meeting. To ensure the maximum participation of the stockholders, the Board has authorized the shareholders to participate via remote communication and to exercise their vote in absentia pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Commission.
