Benguet Corporation (the “Company”) would like to inform the investing public that on August 07, 2026, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the declassification of its Common Class “A” and Common Class “B” Shares into single class of Common Shares pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 10, Series of 2025.
Stockholders are advised to duly note the attached notice regarding the guidelines for issuance of replacement stock certificates including the requirements and scheduling of appointment to pick up the replacement stock certificates.
